3rd Party Claim - 3 weeks no feedback
A client of First For Women drove into my car on 26/12/2015. It was reported by her to FFW with a case number and by myself on 31/12/2015 (19 DAYS AGO). The damage was assessed 2 weeks ago but yet no feedback has been forthcoming despite my bi weekly calls to FFW. They cannot provide me with any feedback. Its utterly shocking.

To make matters worse I am also insured by them so it is an in house claim, I have to wonder if this is how they deal with people and claims then perhaps I should move my own insurance.
