36 WEEKS HIGHLY PREGNANT AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH MY INSURANCE STRESS!!
firstly like I said I am highly pregnant and my Gynecologist stopped me from driving so my partner has been taking and fetching me from work, on the 6th November 2017 he was involved in an accident on his way to fetch me from work, my car was towed that day by the insurance, I have to pay extra excess because he was driving not me, where is the sympathy? I was assigned a consultant named Nina Zembe whom even this day I don't know the sound of her voice...every time she calls me with the 010 number its a missed call and that number cannot be dialed back..i ended up telling the call Centre people to tell her to communicate directly with my partner because the stress is not good for the baby. It's 17 days later my car has not even gone to where its supposed to be repaired, don't even know how long it will take to repair it... I requested to be sent a quotation for the repairs amount till today I haven't received nothing...I requested car hire 2 times and when i'm supposed to pick it up I realized I don't have that kind of money to get car hire because I still have to pay excess of R6700..i struggle to get to work! it's my first time claiming ever since I joined the insurer February 2016 and I really feel my insurer has failed me just this once when I needed them the most. Highly disappointed and just waiting for my car to be fixed and go look for another insurance company!!
