3.5 Weeks and claim still not resolved
I was broken into on 28 Sep. The assessor could only come and see me a week later (5 Oct). It is now a further 2.5 weeks of apparently getting quotes on the replacement items. It seems as if there are not enough assessor's to handle all the claims, I mainly only receive feedback after 17:30, when I have to give more information I cannot access after hours I do it first thing the next morning but seems as if it is only looked at again the following evening. I just don't think that it is fair to make people wait this long to be able to get their house / life back to normal.<br>
