28.3% INCREASE WITH NO DETAILS AS TO WHY - NO CLAIMS, NO CHANGES

Increases the policy with 28.3% where there were NO CLAIMS, NO CHANGES whatsoever. Asked them to contact and to advise why they are increasing the policy with this massive amount, the representative said he will call back with lower premium details as the increase does not make sense as I have been a client for many years(5+) without any claims.. They have tried to call back but my wife is unable to answer as she is a teacher, she did advise on possible days with times to call, no feedback still.

If no further feedback is received this week, we will have to cancel this policy as this increase is unaffordable and FFW has resorted to EXCEPTIONALLY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. I will communicate this also to friends and family to stop supporting FFW.
