27% increase in 1 year - justified with "... but we thought you bought new things for your house...!"

What a circus!!

We have been a client of FFW for one year (no claims), and then suddenly they hit you with a 27% increase!! No discussion whatsoever, and then they justify it with "but we thought you would have bought more things for your household...." BS!!!

Then they offer to reverse the extra monies they *******ly deducted but nothing happens - we have asked three times now in writing but that part gets conveniently ignored!!

Why bother with such incompetence and lack of integrity - time to find a professional insurance company!!
