25% monthly premium increase

Just got my increase letter, a 25% increase in my monthly premium. The last time I claimed was in 2010. When I phone I get a whole story on how my premium can be decreased but NO ONE can justify the 25% increase. I could use this increase to justify telling people not to insure with First for Women.
