20% annual increase.. every single year.

Every year I get a 20% increase in my premium and excess. Every year I have to contact FFW and contest it. There is also no email facility to contact a consultant. I am an extremely low risk client, and I have never claimed. FFW were only able to offer me a reduction to an 11% increase. Still above my salary increase and above inflation, whilst the car depreciates in value. Tired of the same issue every year. Am looking for alternative insurers. (Consultant was very knowledgeable and friendly)
