2 WEEKS AFTER INCIDENT AND STILL NO AUTHORIZATION!!!!!
If I could give -5 stars, I would. I was in an accident on the 25th of May and had my car towed directly to the panel beaters as I was hit from behind (while stationary in traffic) and this caused me to hit the car in front of me as well. The accident was not my fault, but till this day I still have no authorization from 1st for Women to get my car fixed. The gentleman that hit me has insurance as well, and 1st for Women has his information. I am without a car and you would think that an insurance that focuses on insuring women only, would take that into consideration, but no. Only on the 4th of June was I contacted by Mr. Ayanda Feti to ask for my claims history. This is exactly 10 days after the accident, which is appalling service delivery as it means that 1st for Women only appointed a claims consultant then or someone isn't doing their job. 10 DAYS AFTER THE INCIDENT!!! It is now the 9th of June and every day I need to phone to find out if Mr. Feti has everything and every time it's something new that is needed or he's not in the office by his phone. I was promised to get feedback today to get my car fixed, but alas.. 2 weeks and 1 day after the accident and my car is still standing at the panel beaters gathering dust. Can someone please expedite my authorization?????!!!! I am tired of waiting and need my car fixed, because it is the only one I have and can't get to work without it.
NOT kind regards, Christine Fourie

What I want to know is.. in the future when someone asks me about my experience with 1st for Women, how will I ever be able to give them positive feedback and refer them to you as a client? I can tell them that it took you 10 days after the accident to contact me for the first time? I can tell them that your claims team doesn't care enough to make sure they have the right/enough information? I can tell them you try and look for reasons not to pay for claims? Or that almost 3 weeks after the accident you might still not have a car or even an authorization on the claim? But neither of those things are positive. So tell me, how will I ever be able to refer someone to you?
Can I PLEASE get clarification as soon as possible????
