1stlyuselessforwomen.
Matter still not resolved and we going on 3months now. These people at 1st for women just don't care. They simply ignore any cocers of the client. Policy number ***.Accident occurred on 23/12/2021 and matter is just left hanging. No attempts to have matter resolved at all. What seems to be the issue? All paperwork and police reports were submitted but they just awol. What a useless company to work with. Totally pathetic.

How is it possible that it's going on 3months and the vehicle is just getting worse as time progresses. Taken into regard this is a brand new Haval Jolion with 5k on the clock. You guys are the most pathetic bunch of insurers I have ever had to deal with. Beyond useless to put it in that context.
