I am a client at 1st for women, with my house and household contents cover. I am taking my hat off for Marcelino Snow...he's not just an employee but a principled somebody. He knows how to treat a hard client like myself. He knows when to apologize. I will not give details on this platform but all I can say, South Africa needs people like Him. He was sometimes empathetic, especially when he called me one time in the morning and he said, " Revd Qulu you don't sound yourself...are you well?" I wasn't. I had cardiac problems, Congestive cardiac failure and he said," Did you say Congestive cardiac failure?" I said yes. He comforted me sharing his personal experience. I was thrilled. What can I say? Of course at first we had some arguments but we both reached a consensus and apologized. I've been a member of various insurance companies but I have never experienced what I had at First for women!

And because of his service I need you to quote me on my Audi A4...because of the service I received!
