1st for Women = WORST SERVICE

I am highly disappointed and very disgusted by the service I have received from 1st for women. I do not even know exactly WHY they decided to call themselves 1st for women when in fact they do NOT even care about women!!! I was in a minor accident and just need my headlight replaced and a few scratches - I have spoken to the panel-beating company that was apparently approved by 1st for women and they have received NO communication from Hayley or any human from 1st for women. It has been TWO months of me having to call, email and pray that Hayley or someone helps me I am forced to nag and continuously beg for her to assist me on a claim. It has been MORE than a month with me pestering her for assistance and I STILL do not get any help. Noone and absolutely NOONE from 1st for women has bothered to return my calls, reply to my emails, or even bothered to contact their chosen panel-beater. I am beyond disgusted by their treatment – why lie to us the public that they have women’s best interest at heart? I do not recommend this insurance to anyone. USELESS USELESS USELESS

PLEASE DO NOT GET ENSURED BY 1ST FOR WOMEN- they do not care about their customers!!!
