1st for women worst insurance ever!!!!! Never pays out

I put in a claim for an accident that occurred on th 17th November 2018...... it's only being finalized in 2019 and they telling me my claim isn't being paid out???????

Its extremely unfair cause you pay your insurance monthly on time yet when you need them this happens..... this is Bull****
