1st for Women (WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! EVER! EVER!

1ST FOR WOMEN (WORST VEHICLE INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! EVER! I reported my accident on Monday 13th May 2024. 1st for Women never contacts me, I have to contact them everytime and remain on hold for a 15 to 20 minutes before someone answers the phone. 2 weeks later, I am still awaiting Damage Assessment Report and repeated promises that a Manager will call me, just never materialises. They are happy to take your money, but that's where it ends. They NEVER contact you with any kind of feedback, they AVOID SPEAKING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS, they make promises that they fail to honour, THEY DON'T CARE about honouring their contract of service, it's a frustrating, repeated fight to try and get 1st for Women to do anything correctly or give you any feedback whatsoever! THEY ARE SIMPLY THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! EVER! EVER! No matter how many bad reviews I put on Hello Peter about 1st for Women, NOTHING EVER CHANGES, THEIR SERVICE NEVER IMPROVES! EVER! EVER! EVER! I regret EVER signing up with 1st for Women Vehicle Insurance.
