1st for Women (Worst Insurance Company EVER!)

1st for Woman delivers consistently awful vehicle insurance claims service. Firstly, they have still NOT SETTLED a vehicle accident insurance claim made in 2020. CURRENTLY, I submitted a claim on Tuesday 14th May 2024. I have not been contacted and, after calling today to enquire about the status of the claim, I have been told that they will get an assessor to contact me on Monday 20th May 2024. In the meantime, I am without transport, as my cannot be driven and is parked in my garage. 1st for Women refuse to arrange for the vehicle to be moved to Panel Beaters until an assessor calls me on Monday. Therefore, I am not able to arrange for the "provided for" vehicle hire, as my damaged vehicle is parked in my home garage. So, I am without transport since Sunday 12th May, and who knows how much longer it will be, until 1st for Women decide to give my case any kind of priority. 1ST FOR WOMEN ARE, HANDS DOWN, THE WORST VEHICLE INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! EVER!
