1st for women worst insurance

I could give a 0 rating if possible. I moved from Old Mutual to first for women & can't believe the appalling service that I'm experiencing. I claimed for my phone damage, the claim was successfully lodged & when the payment was supposed to be made I was told that my phone is not covered. I had to read my policy docs again just to make sure I'm covered. I sent an email to 1st foe women citing the cover and to this date I haven't received a response!
