1st For Women Worse Insurer Ever!
After almost a month my claim are still not finalized, after disputing it with the internal despute resolution. Late last week after the claim was handed back to the claims department, to re open it. I was promised feedback by the New Claims Consultant, by Yesterday, 11th September 2023. Nothing happened and I am fuming, becos never ever I come across, any insurer taking so long finalizing a claim for single item, under household contents. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

12 Sept 2023, 08:51Just the same reply, over and over, with no action, the only thing that will satisfy neat this moment in time, is that 1st For Women, must finalize and settle my claim! The thing that ticks me off, is the fact that in the first instance, the claim was just dismissed. Only after I disputed it, now, it's been looked at. What if I just accepted, the dismissal? Now it was found that the dismissal was, invalid, it's like I am being punished, for standing up for my rights. So thanx for the reply, but it bares no solution, whatsoever! I still feel how I feel, bout 1st For Women Insurance, unless proven otherwise, by rectifying your mistake made in the first instance!
