1st for Women Warranty Plan

When taking out 1st for Woman Warranty Plan they did not mention anything at all about me needing to have previous service records on my car. Now when its time to claim they requested these records. By chance I had these records from the time I've had the car and have submitted them but then they still ask for previous records before I owned the car. I have made it quite clear to them that I have no way of getting these previous records along with proof I've given 1st for Women as to when the car was registered in my name. After that they still send requests for the same documents. They are stalling, not even replying to my emails asking for updates. I am absolutely disappointed in their ways of dealing with their customers.
