1st for women very bad service

I found the service at 1st for women very unprofessional. They rejected a claim of my daughter Dr M de Jong. She had bought a new Merc 250 GLA 4matic on the 12th of April and on the 29th of April somebody bumped into her whilst she was parked in a lawful parking incurring R28000 of damages! She was insured with 1st for women the day she drove out of the garage BUT they refused the claim based on absolute nitty gritty details and misleading questions answered in her application. The way they treated her, a professional person is shocking, to say the least and made her feel like the guilty party. One can absolutely not get hold of the claim processor nor any senior people in the company to discuss our dispute. We will never recommend any people to join 1st for women as we have never been treated in this manner.

Somebody from 1st for women was in contact with my daughter but again she is a professional person and was not able to talk at that moment. The call was not followed up. She had informed Mr. T Makgaba that you can contact her ****her, Mr. Richard de Jong as her proxy at *** as she will not be able to take calls during the day at the beginning of the claim process but he has also not been contacted to date! How do you obtain quotes? 1st for women obtained a quote for the damages to her car at R28275 whilst when we obtained two quotes (after you had declined the claim) the repairs were estimated to R87857.42 and R74306.58 respectively. it seems that you only react to "Hellopeter" reviews as it is just impossible to contact any snr person in your company to have an intelligent discussion about the matter!

IT IS DIFFICULT TO CONTACT HER SHE IS A MEDICAL DOCTOR AND BUSY DURING THE DAY THAT IS WHY YOU CAN DISCUSS THE MATTER WITH HER FATHER AS INDICATED BEFORE!! SHE HAS GIVEN PERMISSION IN WRITING TO CONTACT HER ****HER!!!!!!!! We see this matter as settled now and will never refer anybody to 1st for women as your service is pathetic.
