1st for Women..... TRASH

I have been a member since last year and i have had no issues in February 2022 i got another car insurance offering me so much better i called to cancel with 1st for women till date 12 April 2022 no one is able to help me they are taking me from pillar to post. It literally took 5min for them to complete my application however when its time release me they making life sooo difficult they continue to debit my account even when i have spoken to numerous agents claiming to have cancelled the policy. This is utter trash
