1st for Women - Tracy Brooks
Run as fast a you can - in the opposite direction to any other insurer. Tracy Brooks is a textbook risk adjuster as in the bad and the ugly. I honestly did not know that people of this calibre existed. It is very convenient how the policy recording at sales pitch disappears yet the rest is on hand in seconds. Oh and another tip - damage via surcharge that is quickly sold is your liability not 1st for Women.

I was made to feel like a ******** in my own home with a complete stranger taking so many photo's of my house that includes pictures of my son, my family and my friends with no explanation at all. Pictures that were completely irrelevant to the case.
I don't have social media accounts and value my privacy and that of my son over everything. Who knows how many people have seen these pictures. I think you need to take a long, hard look at your company, your policies and the people you employ.
