1ST FOR WOMEN TIRE AND RIM INSURANCE DEPARTMENT FAILED ME!!!

I have been struggling with tires since February and I made a claim on Tire and rim insurance on 16 February. I am making follow ups on daily basis but I cannot get help. I even want to cancel all my insurances that I have with them because I am not happy with their services. Imagine airtime that I waste on daily basis to ask for services that I pay for instead of the company calling me. I am very disappointed. I will look for better service somewhere.
