1st for Women- Third Complain and no resolution!

I filed my complaint with First for Women over 2 weeks ago. Still no update or movement. All I want to is to use my extended warranty to purchase a full clutch kit to replace my current one. I spoke to a lady Vernleigh Morris who said she would liase with me and assist with my complaint. To date, I am still sitting with my quote and no help. I have had to write twice to ask for assistance. Can someone now guide me with how to cancel my policy. I have 3 other policies with First For Women and I am looking at cancelling all off them. I have had it with their incompetence yet they take my premiums monthly. This is my third complaint with them. It has been the worst experience. I deeply regret the day I took a policy with them.
