1st for Women- The most *********** service provider.

I am so tired of First for Women now harassing me asking why I am reversing my VAP insurance. Here is why. Back in March 2020 I had a car break down. I ran out of fuel literally 10 minutes from the next fuel station. I had gone to the fuel station- but as it the time the lockdown was about to start the station had closed early. I called in a panic. I was with my 2 small kids and it was starting to get dark around 4:30pm. I was told that they can send me a tow truck but I will have to pay cash for fuel. Secondly, I was not offered the so called Guardian Angel. Thirdly, the only tow truck that could come and fetch me was about an hour ago. Mind you this year alone, my premium has increased by almost R300. I have no claims, and drive a low risk car. So 1st for Women please stop calling me to ask why I am reversing. I am just waiting for the lockdown to be over then I will be cancelling my policy with you. You truly are the worst decision I made in selecting a service provider. Even worse- as a women with small children you did not offer me a guardian angel or follow through with the promise to ensure that I am safe as a customer since 2018. Stop calling me. I don't want any of your VAP. I will be cancelling the other ones I have too. Just leave me alone!
