1st for Women & Telesure Investment Holdings

I had a long outstanding claim related to a car accident where i was not at fault but the 3rd party's insurance was contesting. I raised concerns on the dispute and Dorothy at 1st For Women addressed my concerns. Simphiwe at Telesure escalated my concerns, now supported by 1st For Women to reopen the issue. Even though unresolved at the insurance level, my excess was refunded as a sign of good faith in the evidence i had submitted. Volumes in this industry can mean things are overlooked, but when the right people were informed, the right processes can be followed and these kinds of unpleasant scenarios can be rectified.

There is still a fight ahead as the 3rd party needs to be financially held accountable but we are at least heading in the right direction. Thank you to both individuals as well as the companies they represent.
