1st for Women... SUCH AN *********** INSURER.!!!

I'm so ****ed off right now at 1st for women, I have been with u guys for such a long time, I made a claim with u guys for a hit and run incident that happened, after being moved from pillar to post and also told to go to the police station to open a case, the claim was approved the next day when I was still at the police station making a fool of myself, as I was asked who am I opening a case against as it was a hit and run?? I never went ahead with the claim and informed them that I will fix the car myself as I could not keep on driving around with a dented car, as the claim was approved but with no communication. Fast forward 4 months later, I get approached by another insurance company offering me very affordable premiums and I call them to cancel. That is when everyone at 1st for women wanted to find out how was it possible that my claim is just hanging and with no one attending to it. I was now being begged to not cancel as my issue will be resolved, I told them I need a cancelation confirmation as I was enough with them. After 3 weeks of cancelation now I get an email from them saying I must call Telesure regarding my accident and to avoid legal action!!!!! What legal action????? I called the number and have been transferred from one consultant to the other, and they all say there is no footprint to the Ref number. I spoke to Sharon in the legal/ claims department lastly who also asked me to hold to be transferred to someone else as she cannot assist me, when i asked her how is possible that no one can explain the matter to me she hung up on me... I'm still waiting for an explanation as iam also taking matter further, You guys are very *********** and money suckers!!!!!
