1st for women slacking!!!!

I had an accident on the 25th of November 2020,received minimal assistance up until the 27th of November when I was called due to posting a review here on hello Peter... The lady who called clearly stated that they called only because I posted the review when initially she would've called on Monday the 30th of November 2020..she also advised that I should wait for 5 working days for feedback from her but up until today I have received nothing... It's well over two weeks and with the festive season in play most businesses will close for the holidays.. Meaning I will be carless yet the damage on my vehicle is only the bumper, light and fender.... Does that even seem fair?????

I have tried to be patient with 1st for women but honestly I have reached my wits end and I am no longer happy with being their client... It seems like a 1 sided agreement here.... For a first time vehicle owner the experience has been awful with my insurance company being 1st for women.

I need my vehicle ASAP and honestly had I known that when I needed the process to be smooth sailing, this is how things would pan out.... I definitely would not have taken out insurance with 1st for women.

These people do not want to work at all.... At the very moment I don't understand what the hold up is, the vehicle was assessed last week I sent them the relevant information but still nothing... I'm extremely UNHAPPY!!!!!!
