1st for women should be last for women

For the last 3 days I have struggled to get a simple policy document. I have spoken to 6 different people, in fact more including reception, who end up saying that it will come through and if it does not I will be able to contact them- they do not answer. I have phoned the call centre multiple times and they have transferred me all over, eventually to the ***** department for pet insurance???? I can not even cancel my policy due to the shocking service as I can not log into my profile, due to it not existing! They are very quick to return a call in terms of an opportunity of new business however they do not care or look after their existing clients. As a woman I expected more from 1st for women!
