1st For Women BAD SERVICE

If there was a rating of 0 that’s what I would rate 1st For Women. I’ve never experienced such inconvenience and bad service in my life. I was with this insurance for 4 years without even one claim, now I’ve put in a claim for an incident not even an accident my claim was rejected apparently cause my excess is higher than my excess, whereas the the person who was inspecting my car didn’t even know what he was looking for until I had to tell him what the problem was. I complained to the person who was helping me with my claim but she still sent my car for re-assessment to the same assessor who I feel was *********** from the start since he couldn’t find the initial problem I was complaining then he said he can take my car to Kempton park to a mechanic to do a quote for me to fix it myself because the insurance wouldn’t cover the damage for me. Fine, after the back and forth they were doing I told the lady helping with my claim that it’s fine, I’ll fix the car myself, then I was told to take back the courtesy car within 48 hours which I did. My claim was rejected on the 14th of October 2022, today it’s the 20th of October and 1st First for Women still hasn’t returned my car, now I’m sitting at home without a car, can’t fix my car cause they stalling to back it back which I don’t understand why. Every time I call I get told that my has been released to be towed back and that hasn’t happened till date. What an inconvenience to my life and I’m still going to stay with a car even when o get it back because I still have to fix it myself and you guys are wasting my time. There is a lot that happened during the course of this claim that I didn’t even go into detail about. I regret the day I joined this insurance cause it has made me suffer even when it comes to their premiums.
