1st for Women (refund no paid and high annual premium increase)
In November 2022 my monthly premium was reviewed upon my request and I was advised that the difference from what my existing premium was to the new premium would be refunded to me for that month. We are now into March 2023 and after a number of follow up calls by me, not only are they now refusing to refund the agreed amount due, my annual premiums have been reviewed and have now GONE UP by 25%!
Empty promises from an Insurance company who promote themselves as 1st for Women - they are anything but, and are at best FIRST FOR THEMSELVES!
From this experience, I am now looking to move my insurance, who do pride themselves in honouring their commitments and not short changing their customers.
