1st for women???? Really

I had my insurance for over 2years with 1st for women, my first insurance company being female all I wanted was peace of mind it didn't bother me that my insurance was almost r2000 a month, I was so ecstatic having insurance on my own name and been sold all these fancy benefits until I was involved in an accident whereby a vehicle collided into mine ,my 1st for women app was apparently suppose to detect the accident and send out emergency services to me which never happened! It was a disastrous experience which costed me ! Nevertheless I continued my insurance journey with them and always made sure my policy was updated , on the 30/12/2019 I was hijacked In a place called welbedatch and was almost kidnapped!!! I lost my parents ,I fought depression! I didn't think anything could get any worse until 1st for women failed me again by declining my claim ,I was told that people in that area did not even know about the hijacking? I just experienced every girls fear! Did you expect me to broadcast it to the world? I wasn't even on social media but this entire experience disappointed me so much that I now want to share it with everyone! The amount of stuff I lost that day is beyond my car value! I found myself doin more investigating than the actual investigator! I tried my best to get my cellphone note9 tracked, I was initially told by the investigator that he will try and get the tracker reactivated then I signed documents to pinpoint my location and the phone location! A itemized bill was even requested! I was told that another reason for the decline was because the sim card on my note 9 only picked up on the 10 of december but my itemized billing showed calls being made until the 30th!!! I called mtn immediately only to find out that the decline reason had soo many inconsistencies ! Secondly my address was another issue apparently I dont live there! This was sucha joke! There as only been 2 address on my profile! AND BARE IN MIND I WORK FOR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND I KNOW ABOUT BEING FICA COMPLIANT!Address A I LIVED THERE FOR 20 YEARS!!! address B on and off but permanently for like a month!!! So if u had to question someone where I live??? Wont they reply with address A WHERE I LIVED FOR 20YEARS!!! it's so strange that my vehicle registration and proof of address is on address B ! 1st for women/their investigating officer looked for every excuse to decline the claim! It took them almost 4weeks!! This claim is currently with the dispute team, I'm still patiently waiting for a phone call to explain all of the contradictions in their reasoning behind the decline!Typing this message frustrates me simply because I have been sooo tolerant! I pray no female as to deal with this type of service!
