1st For Women quiet about excess recovery from 3 years ago!

On the 2nd of September 2018,I was involved in an accident. After a ********** level of "service" I received from 1st for Women, I managed to get my car fixed and had to pay the excess (R11400) and moved on with my life. Things went quiet for months until I reached out to 1st For Women with regards to following up on the process to recover my excess. Almost 3 years later, any communication between me and them has been initiated by ME. Everytime. I ended up canceling my policy with them due to what a nightmare being associated with them had been for me. I've struggled to reach anyone who can provide me with any information whatsoever. Again- it's been almost 3 years since that traumatic night and all this woman's got to show for having been a part of a company that "prioritizes women above all else" is a very vivid memory of the accident I had an how my heart broke as I swiped my bank card paying for an excess I was repeatedly promised would be recovered for me.
