1ST FOR WOMEN POOR SERVICE

I encouraged my daughter to move her insurance to 1st for Women for her new Renault Kiger this midyear. Unfortunately she bumped a pole in the 9th November and the car was towed through the insurance to Auction Nation in Centurion. A week later when she followed up to check if the car if it has been assessed, she first spoke to Victoria from 1st for Women who said the car has been assessed and she promised to call back but did not. The following day she spoke to Sifiso and he said he can confirm what Victoria said is true. Sifiso said he has sent an email to the assessor to get the missing information to complete the file and is waiting for the response. While insisting to Sifiso that he gives me the assessor details, he dropped the phone the my daughter's ear. Eventually after calling back I spoke to Goodness who said the car has been assessed and she was helpful to give the claim number which I never got from them. Ten minutes later Goodness sent an email apologizing that the information she gave me over the phone was incorrect and that only now Sifiso has sent an assessor request email and then the correct claim number. All this is after 10 days after the accident. My daughter then called the complaints department and spoke to Ntombi said they acknowledge the complaint and the manager will get back to me after investigation. The manger called a few minutes later and said she will assign my case to Sesharika Naidoo a Claims Consultant from Telesure Investment Holdings. Today the 20th November my daughter received the email Sesharika Naidoo confirming that the claim has been settled and they have elected a repairer Renew It Greenstone. My daughter is till waiting for the repairer to call her to confirm her appointment.

My unhappiness with First for Women is that it had to take my daughter to make all those call to check and follow up on the progress since after the accident. Had she not called Thier complaints department after 10 days of the accident she would still be waiting indefinitely with no communication from them. This is the worst service especially for the first time car owner and I personally will not further recommend First for Women to another women iny circles.

Since publishing this complaint, the elected repairer Renew It Greenstone has not contacted my daughter as promised by the email from Sesharika Naidoo. Toady my daughter called this repairer Renew It Greenstone and they checked using the claim number and the car registration number but they could bot find the file or the car as claimed that it was sent to them.

Whose fooling who here? First for Women or the elected repairer Renew It Greenstone.

My daughter is the client of First for Women not Renew It Greenstone so I told her not to fight Renew It Greenstone but enquire from First for Women (who is now Worst for Women to me).

She then called "Worst for Women" again today but during the call, the person said is checking for the information and then dropped the call.

Yesterday I personally went to Renew It Greenstone to see the state the car is in. The case handler told me that they are still waiting for spares as they have just finalized the quotation and as soon as the spares arrive repairs will start. She told me that they will be closing next week the 14th of December and will reopen on 08 January and maybe then the parts would have arrived as soon as they reopen in the new year. The accident happened on the 09 November and Renew It received the car in their yard on the 23 November so maybe the car will be ready before the end of February next year, that's what I was told.
