1st For Women Poor Service

I have a Home Content, Building and Portable Possessions insurance with 1st for Women which I have had for years. On the 25th of September my geyser burst damaging the ceiling. I put in claim that same day, up to now I have not received any assistance from the insurance. I have called numerous times with no response from the insurance.

For such a small claim I don't understand how it can take so long to have it sorted out. I have decided to sort my geyser and ceiling on my own since its obviously 1st For Women cannot do what they claim they will do.

For whole week and weekend, no plumber has been to my house, and I have been without hot water since. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

If they cannot help with such a small claim, I don't think they would manage if anything had to happen to the whole house.
