1st for Women Poor and Pathetic
Poor customer service, will not recommend them to anybody. Declined my claim initially and then overturned the decision 26 days later as the claim went to their own internal dispute resolution, which only 70% of the claim was approved. Recording to date still not received. Car hire cost me a fortune as they took their car away after 30 days. Matter will now be reported to the ombudsman.
