1st for women pathetic customer service
I've been calling 1st for women from the 1st week of May 2021 requesting them to cancel my car insurance, but no one is prepared to assist me, they gave me excuses about their system not responding and promised to call me back and they never get back to me, please cancel the car insurance with immediate effect. I'm within my rights to cancel the insurance if I no longer want it.
