1st for women or 1st for Horrible....
Wow ... with a name like that you swear that as a woman they have your best interest at heart. But not this company, my car has been in for repairs from the 8th of Jan 2018 and I still don't have my. I have gone back and forth with them and I have gotten promises of how they will get back to me but nothing. Thembi Hleza on 011 715 - 7529 or via e-mail ********** who is a manager also failed to assist me, I have pleaded with them to just keep me informed if nothing else and that was not done, I have to constantly keep calling then yet when taking the courtesy vehicle on the 8th of February 2018 they emphasized how they could not extend my rental. Latifa Bougard Repair Consultant Telesure Group Services, who was suppose to be my consultant has never contacted me since the 7th of February 2018. Worst service ever, to think at one point I had spoken so highly of this same company that is now doing this is amazing to say the least.
