1st for women omitting information
This morning I received a call from one of the consultants, whom i initially askes to call me to review my insurance premium. She, in a nonchalant way proceede to tell me that I missed out on their 4 year no claim money back benefit.
I told her i was never told I needed to activate that for an extra R70. I've been paying this much already what would an R70 extra be??
I am so upset. I need this resolved. 1st for women has really me ****ed this morning
