1st for Women never pays claims, bad attitude when claiming.

having being a loyal, un-defaulting costumer at first for women for 5 years i am appalled at the recent service i got when I claimed for my 40 inch TV worth R4000. They **** and said my TV was damaged due to lightening and because of that i had to pay R3 600.00 for excess which means they would only pay R400 to get another TV worth R4000.00. When i called to enquire again about the TV, my agent, Zandile had already requested for it to be returned back to me even though i had told her earlier in the day to wait for me. Just goes to show they did not want to pay for this claim at all. Terrible service. I went to get a second opinion and the TV was not damaged due to lightning as claimed by 1st.
