1st for Women - Never again

I have been trying to follow up on a claim and am unbelievably frustrated by the experience. I have submitted and resubmitted documents, jumped through hoops, been assured of callbacks that don't happen. I am so frustrated that I am definitely going to cancel my policy that is in excess of 5k per month. I can't believe how poor the Service has been
