1st FOR WOMEN LEFT ME STRANDED!!!

Emotional and traumatised. I have never been this disappointed with 1st for Women. Over 5 YEARS with them and today was my first car accident. They were very quick to approve my car to be towed because the tow truck guy arrived before I could even collect my thoughts as to what had just happened.

But the worst part of my experience is that THEY LEFT ME FOR STRANDED!! I mean I just had a collision, my vehicle not drivable, with my hysterical 4 year old daughter in my arms and they couldn't so much as assist me with transport home?? I called and they told me 24 hours to get my clain through before courtesy car can be arranged .... Wait so how am I supposed to get home?? That time I still needed to pick my 4month old son at daycare. I mean it was 14h00 whyyyy couldn't YOU 1ST FOR WOMEN make a plan for me??

I honestly expected more from you after the 5 good years we had. Now I'm not so sure anymore. Please stop advertising how you are 1st for WOMEN SAFETY because that is an utter lie!! So heartbroken...
