1st for women it so cruel lady 💔

I am SN Dinga the client of 1st for Women car insurance, On the 02nd March 2023 I was involved in an accident and called 1st for women insurance as my insurance they dispatched towing to assist. I was driving from southerly direction to the northerly which loadshedding was taking place and stop as per robots was off, proceeded that were Audi A4 driven by a white lady later known as Y. Saaipan bearing registration number and letters 989 MYS FS collided and bumped my car at the left side passage door which the lady did not stop at the robots. On 03rd March 2023 the consultant contacted by the name of Johanne George and told me of the excess fee of R12 000,00 which they never told and never signed for it when joining insurance which is also incorrect because I should pay 5 to 10 percent of the total damage this consultant she is not willing to give me best service. I will like further assistance herein this matter.
