1st for women is the worst, they do not care!!!

I would like to write a review about 1st for Women, 1st of all terrible, horrible and unhelpful. The app platform is useless, there is no response, no communication whatsoever. The consultants have no idea what they are dealing with or what is happening. When you call they are unable to assist you, and the reasons they give make absolutely no sense. I am stuck till today and have not received any response or feedback, this has to be the worst service, I have never felt so uninformed.
