1ST FOR WOMEN IS THE WORST POSSIBLE INSURANCE CO

This is a mail I had to send them to remind them of the consequences of their actions of lack there of, they are the very WORST insurance to have and deal with, when they take your money every months its all smiles but when you need to claim they don't contact or communicate with you I had to keep calling them, they don't want to do payouts, they lie and basically *****s from us! I will not stand for it!

To whom it may concern.

Please note that 1st for women has until. 2pm today to give me an answer in regards to the most disgusting service and outcome of my claim before I go to the police lay a charge, take my item's to a registered service provider that YOURS says is nothing wrong with my goods, get the report and have my attorney contact you because I AM PLANNING on sueing!

You take my money with a smile each month no problems but when I need help with my appliances you tell me you can't help because I qoute "they are in perfect working order" if that's the case WHY DID I SEND IT AND WHY DO I HAVE INSURANCE?

Please concider yourselves warned, if no one contacts me by 2pm there is going to be a huge problem and further note if my items are not returned by the end of this working day you will be charged with theft as you have been given 3 days to return the items that could "not" be covered. The next communication will be from the police or my attorney.
