1st For Women is the worst insurer of all time!

I have submitted a claim, on the 16 August 2023, which was rejected. I disputed it, then after the expiry date of the said, feedback was informed, by the dispute department, my claim has been re opened. Someone from claims department contacted me, informing me that an assessing company will be appointed to do an assessment in the claimed item. It's been 3 days since any contact from anyone, I am currently still waiting for the assessment company to come and collect the item, however, noting has transpired. This is utterly and terribly, the worst, service from an insurer I have ever received, in all my years being insured!
