1st for women is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with.

I submitted a claim with 1st for women on 20/11/2025.I haven't had any feedback or communication from them unless I initiated it.On Friday,after my first hellopeter review I was co tatted by the claims department manager who assured me she would handle it and that I would receive an email from her immediately..four days later and im still waiting.I pay my premium of R1632 every month without hassle and now this little claim can't be processed. I am definitely considering changing my insurer as I dont have ANY faith in them anymore. Mind you this is my first claim ever.
