1st for women is the worst insurance company

Worst isurance ever. I submitted a claim for my stove that suddenly stopped working. First I had to wait weeks for them to send the right assessor. Secondly , they hit me it a claim that the stove stopped due to bad wirring which has nothing to do with me. All I do in a stove it to cook. The stove was in my unit when I bought it, what is the point of paying for insurance if I must also be the one to check for wires on my appliances? Why is it that they cant pay me out because I have had the stove for five year without any issues
