1st for Women is not 1st for all women

My wife cancelled the insurance with 1st for women to her car due to issues experienced but then without her knowledge she was still being debited for the scratch and dent. When asked she was informed even though the car insurance was cancelled she needed to notify about the scratch and dent and decided to keep it. When she called in to place a claim the again was issue upon issue upon issue. We decided to get the scratches fixed ourselves but have been struggling since last year to get the scratch and dent cancelled
