1st for Women is like Eskom by leaving you in the dark
I would highly recommend people switching to another insurance company. On top of Eskom giving us Loadshedding, 1st for Women is one company that leaves you in the dark! My partner & I’s car has been at the assessment center for more then 2 weeks, with no update on when it will be fixed. When we call, NO ONE PICKS UP, NO ONE CALLS back. There is barely any communication on their app, and it’s just caused so much anxiety as we’d been planning a road trip but no longer can.
The car isn’t written off. It needs a simple repair to the suspension which generally would take 2 hours to fix at repair shops but having to wait 2 weeks with NO UPDATE is ridiculous!
