1st for women is just a spam company with no respect for customers
1st for women have been spam calling me a dozen times a day for the last few weeks, ever since I made the mistake of checking their site for a quote. I have told them dozens of times to stop calling and to remove me from their call list, but they keep calling, leaving voicemails, and harassing me multiple times every single day.

I've told your pointless agents to remove me from your call list for weeks and they are obviously trained to ignore that request and just keep wasting everybody's time with continuing to call. How do you justify that training? You train them to make potential customers hate you? That is what you spend your budget on? Pathetic.

We are genuinely sorry for the repeated calls and for failing to act on your previous requests to be removed. This is not acceptable, and we completely understand your frustration.
There is no justification for your request being ignored, and we acknowledge that our process has clearly fallen short in your case. We have now escalated your number as a priority case and confirmed that it is being removed from all call lists and telemarketing systems immediately. Measures are also being taken internally to prevent any further contact.
You should not receive any more calls from us. If you do, please let us know immediately so we can take further action.
