1st for Women is ********** and the worst insurance ever!!!

Worst insurance ever. Policy details changed mysteriously (such as vehicle registration number among other details), more than a year later and it's still not corrected. I've been a member since 2019 but according to the app I have only been a member since 2021. These are ********** actions by this company. I've been waiting for over a year for consultant to phone me back to correct my policy details. Emails are just ignored. On social media channels help and assistance is promised, but after a week of daily messages still had zero assistance. I would give zero stars if possible. Premiums are also ridiculous, I've phoned twice for a better premium and never got any feedback, instead my premium has been increased twice since (I have never claimed from this insurance). Terrible, terrible, terrible lack of service. Zero care or concern about customer complaints. But very very quick to deduct premiums 2 days before payday.
